‖O′don‐top″te‐ryx (?), n. [NL., fr. Gr. οδοὔσ, οδὄντοσ, a tooth + πτέρυξ a wing.] (Paleon.) An extinct Eocene bird having the jaws strongly serrated, or dentated, but destitute of true teeth. It was found near London.
