‖Sci′u‐ro‐mor″pha (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. L. sciurus squirrel + Gr. μορφή form.] (Zoöl.) A tribe of rodents containing the squirrels and allied animals, such as the gophers, woodchucks, beavers, and others.
