‖Gym‐noch″ro‐a (jĭm‐nŏk″rō̍‐ȧ), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. γυμνόσ naked + χρόα skin, body.] (Zoöl.) A division of Hydroidea including the hydra. See Hydra.
